Kimberly D. McClung is an accomplished Right of Way Attorney.  She is an industry "go-to" for title curative and condemnation support services on Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) projects statewide.  Kimberly is also well-versed in Right of Way negotiation and relocation.  Mrs. McClung enjoys working with the various TxDOT Districts, the Texas Attorney General's Office and her fellow Right of Way professionals across the State.
